Un mediocampo muy equilibrado para poder tener un balance defensivo-ofensivo coherente, con gente muy polivalente posicionalmente. Y luego un par de delanteros que se complementen, uno mas fijo y otro mas dinámico y con mas movilidad.

La tactica 3 5 2, es muy buena, con dos carrileros que suban y bajen, con control del medio campo, y usar bloques a cda cuarto de cancha cuando se tiene no se tiene el balon. Yo como aficionado entrenador lo uso mucho. y me dad resultados.
